Aikido is not just a sport or self-defence. It is a complete system that develops you physically and mentally. Thanks to its holistic nature, aikido does not overload any single part of your body. You will gain inner calm, improve your concentration and learn to stay composed in everyday life – along with the foundations of self-defence. Training takes place in a friendly atmosphere. There is no pressure to perform – aikido is a non-competitive martial art. Everyone progresses at their own pace and according to their own abilities.
